Faq's Regarding Donation:
1) Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes, Greensole Foundation is registered to issue 80G certificate.
2) Do I get a receipt?
Yes, you will receive a receipt immediately and pictures of the beneficiaries once the donation drive is complete.
3) Give Shoes
One can courier us their used pairs of shoes for recycling on the following address: Greensole, C/O A460 Ram Fashion Exports, MIDC, Mahape, Navi Mumbai- 400710. We recycle all shoes except the ones with heels and kids footwear (i.e. below the age of 9 years).
One can also organize shoe collection drives in their societies, clubs, schools, and locality and courier us the shoes.

Faq's regarding Footwear
What are the materials used to make footwear?
Each pair is made using sustainable and vegan materials. For more specifications on materials, please check out the sustainability page.
2) What is 'You Wear They Wear'?
'You Wear They Wear' means for each pair purchased from Greensole, we would recycle and donate a pair of comfortable slippers to the children in need.
3) Is the footwear washable?
Yes, all our footwear are washable and they can be hand-washed gently.
4) Can Greensole footwear be used for Athletic activities?
All our footwear is for casual wear which can be used all day, but we do not recommend them for any athletic activities like sports, gym, training, or running.
5) Will the product packaging be eco-friendly?
Yes, the product packaging will be plastic-free and will be shipped in a recycled box with a trendy cotton bag (reusable).

1) What are the payment methods available for the purchase?

2) Is Cash on Delivery (COD) option available for the purchase?
We don't have an option for cash on delivery, as of now we only accept prepaid orders.
Faq's regarding Shipping & Returns
1) How long does it take to ship my order?
Delivery happens within 7-10 days from the date of order.
2) What if the product received is damaged?
Please email us a picture of the damaged footwear along with your order ID on [email protected] and we will exchange the footwear for you.
3) What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
You may return/exchange the footwear in an unworn condition if you have any size issues, looking for a different style or for any other reason. All the shipping expenses for picking up the shoe and sending a new one are taken care of by Greensole.
For return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery to schedule the return or exchange.
4) What is the Return/Exchange process?
Once you have initiated a return/exchange, we will confirm the pickup date and time. Our delivery partners will pick up the orders from you and the shoes will be checked against the exchange/return policies. Upon successful verification, an exchange or refund will be initiated within 10 days from the verification.

1) Can I buy Greensole footwear outside India?
Yes, you can buy them by changing the region from the top right box
2) Why is there a price difference in each region?
All the prices are inclusive of the delivery cost, custom duties, and taxes which vary according to the region.
3) I use X sizing for all my shoes, how can I order a perfect size?
Please refer to our size conversion chart available under each product page. We use India/UK as a standard size for all our footwear.
4) What are the payment methods available?
All International Mastercard and Visa cards can be used to make a purchase.
